The stainless steel mash tun has a high capacity of 45 L. The scale in litre increments on built in sight glass lets you be exact in adding ingredients. The intuitive and easy-to-use touch control panel gives you access to the various functions. Beginners can rely on the automatic mode while experienced brewers can use the manual mode to try out their own recipes. The device's memory function allows you to save up to 9 recipes. The temperature, output and brewing duration (setting timer from 0 to 180 min) are pre-set for each program. All process phases and set parameters are clearly displayed on the LCD display.

For optimum heat distribution (selectable between 10 °C and 100 °C), the home brewing mash tun is equipped with two heating elements with a total output of 2500 W. The 2500W power is always used to reach a new target temperature to speed up the brewing process and once reached, the target power is triggered. A magnetic drive pump mixes the mash and later the first wort during the rest period. At the end of the brewing process, the beer wort can easily be decanted into a fermentation container with the aid of the drain tap with integrated filter. The beer brewing kettle comes with two easy-to-grasp handles on the sides. Thanks to the high-quality materials such as stainless steel and the tempered glass lid, this mash tun is not only especially durable but also very easy to clean. Overheat protection and IEC class I + TCO guarantee that the small brew kettle is always used safely.
